Sanity Cleaning Services is a trusted, locally owned cleaning business proudly servicing Gympie, the Mary Valley and surrounding areas.
Who we are
We have been looking after local homes and clients for over 9 years, with many of our long-term clients still choosing us today. Backed by more than 25 years of industry experience, we understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, reliability and confidence that the job will be done properly.
We hold ourselves to a high professional standard on every clean. Our team works from clear cleaning checklists, we aim to provide the same cleaner wherever possible, and we focus on the details that make a noticeable difference.
We are also more than just a basic cleaning service. Along with regular domestic cleaning, we provide housekeeping, NDIS and Aged Care cleaning, spring and deep cleans, builder and renovation cleans, window cleaning and a range of specialised cleaning services. Our services can be tailored to suit the individual home, client and level of support required.
Sanity Cleaning Services is owned and operated by Natasha Robertson, who brings decades of hands-on industry experience to the business. Monique Shaw, our Office Manager, manages the behind-the-scenes administration of the business, including bookkeeping, payroll, HR, invoicing, accounts and client and provider administration.
As a small local business, our reputation matters to us. We want our clients to know who they are dealing with, feel comfortable with the people entering their home, and receive the same high standard of service each time.

Professional, high standards
Every clean follows a written checklist so nothing is left to memory. You can see exactly what is included before you book.
Consistent cleaners
We send the same cleaner wherever possible. You should not have to re-explain your home, your pets or your preferences every visit.
Our own equipment
We bring our own low odour, commercial-grade cleaning chemicals and equipment. If you would prefer we use something of yours, talk to us before the clean and we will agree it first.
If something is not right
Tell us within 24 hours. Where the issue is inside the agreed scope of your clean, we come back and put it right at no additional cost, wherever that is reasonably practical.

Common questions
Are your cleaners police-cleared and insured?
Yes. Our cleaners hold police clearances, and Sanity Cleaning Services carries public liability and workers compensation insurance under policy number BZ22976CMB. Our cleaners are personally trained, and they bring our own low odour, commercial-grade cleaning chemicals and equipment to every job, unless another product has been agreed with management beforehand. We work from written checklists, and we send the same cleaner wherever possible, which matters to the households, NDIS participants and aged care clients we look after across Gympie and the Mary Valley. If you are unhappy with part of a clean, raise it within 24 hours. Where the issue is within the agreed scope of the service, we come back and address it at no additional cost wherever that is reasonably practical. Complaints are acknowledged, and we aim to resolve them within 3 business days wherever possible.
