NDIS cleaning support is about more than completing a list of household tasks. It is about providing reliable, respectful support in a person's home in a way that works around their individual needs, routines and preferences.
We provide cleaning and housekeeping support for eligible self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, with services tailored to what is most helpful in the home.
Wherever possible, we provide the same cleaner each visit. This helps build familiarity, trust and consistency, so clients do not have to repeatedly explain their home, routines or preferences to someone new.
Our aim is to provide dependable support that helps keep the home clean, comfortable and manageable, while respecting each client's independence, privacy and individual circumstances.
Cleaning & Housekeeping Support Tailored to You
We understand that some NDIS clients may need extra help, which is why we offer a housekeeping service. That is everything in the general clean, plus the household tasks below.

If something beyond the regular clean would help, such as an oven, a rangehood or a laundry service, talk to the office and we will let you know what we can include and what it would involve.

How does NDIS domestic assistance work with Sanity Cleaning Services?
Sanity Cleaning Services provides cleaning and housekeeping support in Gympie, its surrounding suburbs and the Mary Valley for eligible NDIS participants whose funding is self-managed or plan-managed. The first step is a conversation with the office, either with you or with your support coordinator, plan manager or family, to work out what would help most in the home. From there we agree the tasks, which can be the general clean checklist, housekeeping such as beds, laundry, bins and the dishwasher, or extras like an oven, a rangehood or a laundry service. Wherever possible the same cleaner comes each visit, so you are not explaining your home and routines to someone new. Access can be arranged if you are not home, including key collection, a lockbox or an access code. Our cleaners are police-cleared, and we bring our own low odour, commercial-grade products and equipment.
