Our services are charged hourly, with GST included. A minimum 2-hour booking applies.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Rates are per hour, per cleaner.
What the hourly rate includes
- All low odour, commercial-grade cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring an efficient clean with a good finish
- Personally trained, skilled and reliable cleaners with police clearances
- Public liability and workers compensation
Add-ons
Extras you can add to any clean, priced separately from the hourly rate: oven clean, rangehood, fridge or freezer, inside cupboards, wall washing, fans, descaling a shower screen, and stripping and remaking a bed.

Travel fees
- No travel fee within 20km, one-way driving distance, of Gympie Central
- Beyond 20km: $1.00 per kilometre for the distance past that point
- Beyond 20km: $35.00 per hour for travel time
- Distance is measured on Google Maps and confirmed with you at booking
Travel is charged at cost price only and is kept to a minimum by booking clients within the same suburbs.
Common questions
Is there a minimum booking or a travel fee?
Every Sanity Cleaning Services booking has a minimum of 2 hours, whatever the service. There is no travel fee for properties within 20km, one-way driving distance, of Gympie Central. Beyond that point we charge $1.00 per kilometre plus $35.00 per hour of travel time, and only for the distance past 20km. We measure it on Google Maps and confirm it with you at booking, so you know before the clean. Travel is charged at cost price only and is kept to a minimum by booking clients within the same suburbs. Our travel zones run from Zone 1 around Gympie, Southside and Monkland out to Zone 4 between Borumba Dam and Moy Pocket, and the zone for your address is confirmed when you book. Add-ons such as an oven clean or a rangehood are priced separately from the hourly rate, and we give you the current price with your quote.
Can I cancel or reschedule a clean?
Yes. Cancelling or rescheduling a clean needs a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Call the office on 0484 284 629 or email sanitycleaning@gmail.com.
